This signature event from IMPOWER has been reimagined for 2026, offering a fun and flexible race experience for all types of participants.

🏃‍♀️ 5K Race - A professionally timed 5K for a classic 3.1‑mile race experience, perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.

🍔 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race - A unique 1-mile course with 4 food tasting stops along the way.

🔥 Combo (5K + 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race) - Complete both the 5K and 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race for the full experience.

 👟 Kids Dash - A free, fun run designed just for younger participants ages 12 years & younger.

🌎 Virtual 5K - Complete your 5K from anywhere on race day at your own pace.

A Few Things to Know:

• Rain or shine, we race! Entry fees are non-refundable.
• Get in early for your shirt size! Sizes aren’t guaranteed after October 15.
• Doing the Combo? Finish the 5K by 8:30 a.m. to join the 1-Mile Stuff Your Face Race.
